By adding GameHound to a Fluxer guild or using the dashboard at this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

GameHound detects free games and other giveaways from public sources and announces them in the channels you choose. The standard bot and dashboard are free. The Nest plan, which connects GameHound to self-hosted Fluxer instances, is a paid or granted subscription.

No guarantees about deals

Offers are published by third-party stores, which can change or end them at any time. We try to be accurate but do not guarantee that a game is still free, available in your region, or that prices and end dates are correct. Prices marked with ~ are converted from US dollars and are estimates. Always check the store before claiming.

Your responsibilities

• Only add the bot to guilds where you have permission to manage it.
• Do not use GameHound to spam, harass, or break Fluxer’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorised access to the bot, the dashboard or other users’ data.
• Nest subscribers are responsible for their own instance and for having the right to connect a bot to it. Keep your bot token and client secret private.

Nest plans

• A plan gives access for the period shown in your Nest page, within the limits of that plan (number of instances and guilds).
• When a plan ends, the bot disconnects from your self-hosted instances after a short grace period. Your configuration is kept, so renewing restores it.
• Pricing, limits and payment methods may change; changes never shorten a period you have already paid for.
• We may suspend a plan that is used to break these terms.

Availability

We run GameHound on a best-effort basis and may change, pause or discontinue features. We are not liable for missed announcements, downtime, or decisions made based on the information the bot posts.

Trademarks and affiliation

GameHound is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fluxer, Epic Games, Valve/Steam, GOG, itch.io, Ubisoft, Humble, EA or any other store. Store names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify where an offer comes from. Some game data is provided by GamerPower.com.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (zero for the free service). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Termination

You can stop using GameHound at any time by removing the bot from your guilds. We may block guilds or accounts that abuse the service. See the Privacy Policy for how to have your data deleted.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version and important changes are announced in our official Fluxer guild. These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory protections of your country of residence.
